Sales Tax
Lucky Duck River Rentals LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for TN customers based on the applicable TN state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to high demand for our tours all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, however, we understand that life can sometimes take an unexpected detour and we are happy to reschedule your tour date/time if given at least 48 hours’ notice. Bookings are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the party named on the booking.
If you are late and not at the meeting point by the time of your tour, Lucky Duck River Rentals LLC reserves the right to sell your seat, without refund, to other ready, willing, and able patrons. We recommend that you try to make it to the tour departure site at least 30 minutes before the tour.
If tours are canceled by Lucky Duck River Rentals LLC due to wind, waves, lightning activity or any other unforeseeable conditions, participants may:
● Reschedule for another available day or time.
● Weather Raincheck: We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or water conditions, you will receive a full rain check which can be used at any time for the next 90 days.
● We do not offer refunds once the trip has been reserved.
● Trips will go rain or shine. However, active thunderstorms affecting the paddling window will cause a trip to be delayed or cancelled.
● Weather Raincheck: We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or water conditions, you will receive a full rain check which can be used at any time for the next 90 days.
Cancellation due to weather: Lucky Duck River Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that the weather or conditions present an unsafe situation.
Return/Exchange Policies:
● Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
● All clearance and marked-down items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
● Timeline for returns/exchanges – You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit to Coastal Kayak. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally received, it will be refused.
● Returns and exchanges received by us between 15-30 business days are only eligible to be returned for store credit.
● All returns/exchanges must include a copy of the original receipt.
● Shipping cost is non-refundable.
● E-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Coastal Kayak is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
● Returns/exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping. Exchanges are also responsible for the new shipping charges on the exchanged item.
● If your requested size and/or color is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy.
● For refunds received within the timeline – you will be issued a credit memo stating the amount returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return. It may take longer to receive the actual refund from your card issuer. Outside the timeline you will be issued an e-gift card within 7-10 business days.
● Your exchanged item will be shipped out to you within 7-10 business days of us receiving your returned item.
● Please ship with tracking as Coastal Kayak is not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
● If you are in the area, we’ll gladly accept your returns and/or exchanges purchased on our website at our shop.
